Post-Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning: scope quoted to your project.
Renovation and construction work leaves fine dust on every surface, even rooms that were closed off. Post-construction cleaning is a specialized scope, not a standard home clean, and is always quoted after we understand your project size and finish level.
We remove settled dust, wipe down new fixtures, and bring kitchens and baths to a livable standard. Final pricing depends on square footage, dust severity, and whether you need a rough clean, detail clean, or both.
