Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleans priced by square footage.
Move cleans are designed for empty or mostly empty homes before you hand over keys or walk in for the first time. Pricing is based on total square feet, not hourly guesses, so you know the number before you book.
Choose move-in or move-out when booking. Optional add-ons (inside fridge, oven, cabinets, interior windows) are listed separately so you only pay for what you need.

What's included
Every visit follows the checklist below. If something is not listed here, ask before booking. We would rather set expectations upfront than surprise you later.
Kitchen
- Countertops, backsplash, and sink cleaned
- Cabinet exteriors wiped
- Stovetop and range hood exterior cleaned
- Appliance exteriors wiped down
- Inside microwave wiped (standard scope)
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Trash removed
Bathrooms
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized inside and out
- Showers, tubs, and tile surfaces scrubbed
- Mirrors and fixtures polished
- Vanities and countertops sanitized
- Floors mopped
Living areas & bedrooms
- All accessible surfaces dusted
- Closets wiped inside when empty
- Interior window sills and tracks wiped (accessible)
- Baseboards and door frames wiped
- Light switches and handles sanitized
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors mopped throughout
Whole home
- Empty-home top-to-bottom clean
- Hallways, stairs, and common areas included
- Final walkthrough-ready finish

Not included
These items are outside the standard scope. Many can be added as separate services or quoted separately. We list them here so pricing stays transparent.
- Homes over 3,000 sq ft (custom quote required)
- Carpet shampooing or stain removal
- Exterior window cleaning
- Garage or outdoor structure cleaning unless agreed in advance
- Haul-away of large furniture or construction debris
- Mold, biohazard, or pest-related remediation
- Painting, patching, or repair work
